Arsenicum is very sensitive to cold, except where? The head! The head actually is hot and needs air. So here you immediately see the difference.

Had I told you about the time when I was at the Homeopathic College in Calcutta? We often sat together with the physician on duty at night. Once a case with kidney colic was brought to the hospital.
