She most likely completely rejects an intellectual screening of what is happening; instead she has an emotional reaction that goes straight to the weak point: her stomach. There is a sign in her face that shows strong emotionality and strong sexual feelings. What is the sign? It is the shape of her lips: thick. This feature usually indicates strong emotionality coupled with a strongly instinctual way of dealing with life. When I asked her about her first divorce, I saw a reaction; if I had pushed her a little bit more, she might have even cried. It was quite an experience for her, but she is nevertheless happy now. At first, I had a hard time believing her because she looked depressed, but she managed to convince me that she is a happy, vivacious person who enjoys life and does not suffer from deprension. I agree with her assessment of herself because I see that there is not much screening going on. Her self-evaluation is not based on intellectual interference. We see this from her studies: she says she didn’t like school, which might mean that she doesn’t like thinking in general. She just wants to enjoy life.
Was this a case of Atgentum nitricum? It was interesting that when I finally asked her directly, she said, »Yes, I am impulsive.« However, I have another problem here because Argentum nitricum is much more open than she appeared to be. Moreover, Argentum nitricum is worse with heat whereas she claimed to be better with heat. She is worse cold in the stomach, better heat, cold feet. Where are the Argentum nitricum symptoms? She says her pains are worse if she eats sweets. I tried to confirm that, but I couldn’t because she said, if she did not have the pains and ate sweets, the pains did not start up again. This is not the case with Argentum nitricum; he will get pains—burning, rumbling pains—if he eats sweets. In the beginning, I got the false impres¬sion that her problem was with the abdomen in the form of abdominal rumblings, and we know that Argentum nitricum has strong abdominal rumblings. But her problem was not in her ab-
