very intelligent and sensitive, though very quarrelsome. She even went to court to fight for her rights. Ignatia has an aversion to meat, an aversion to milk in the second degree, and the type of involuntary urination which she described during cough. She also impressed me as Ignatia because she has a sexual desire, though she is very closed. The combination of these symptoms pointed in the direction of Ignatia.
(A.6): I got the impression that there was some grief left over from the second delivery, which she couldn’t talk about. It was as though something were missing, and maybe that something has now become quite important. Maybe it still plays an underlying role here. In that case, she is indeed hiding something. I don’t know the remedy, but I thought of this point after the question you asked that made her cry. I got the impression that she was reflecting on something, but I don’t know what.
(G.V.): She said she was reflecting on the idea of an abortion, because the child was sick, and that it would have been dead now; that’s what she said.
(A.7): I agree with what was said about Sulphur: she can’t sleep, goes to sleep late, is frightened of going to sleep, lies in bed; and the pain in conjunction with lying on her back; these are good indications for Sulphur. But I also looked under Natrum sulphuricum, and I considered the problems with her knees. Now I’m sure that it has got something to do with Sulphur.
(G.V.): It is a difficult decision. There was definitely a turning point in her psychological state when she was pregnant with her second child. That was the point where she was sensitized, hy-persensitized, and her inner anxiety began. We see that with her second pregnancy she went to another level of anxiety. She says that when Chernobyl happened she felt despaired. She is clearly quite sympathetic, especially towards people who are close to her; she suffers with them. If you take her fear in the dark, her sympatheticness, and also her anxiety about her children, you might also want to consider Phosphorus. Yet nobody mentioned Phosphorus. Something was missing that would have confirmed Phosphorus, that’s why nobody came up with this suggestion.
