(F.P.): Not especially so.
(G. V.): Are you afraid to look down from high places? (F.P.): Yes, that frightens me. (G. V.): Is it a very strong fear or a vertigo? (F.P.): It is more a fear, but I can control it. (G. V.): In which position did you like to sleep before the pains started?
(F.P.): On my back or on my side, but normally on my back. (G. V): And now?
(F.P.): I can only lie on my side now.
(G. V.): Because lying on your back is more painful, more painful for your knee? (F.P.): Yes.
(G.V.): Do you eat meat? (F.P.): I prefer not to.
(G.V.): Don’t you like it, or is it because of religious reasons? (F.P.): I never really liked to eat meat. I’ve hardly eaten any meat at all since my last pregnancy, although at the moment I can eat lamb once in awhile.
(G. V.): When you ate meat, did you eat it with the fat or did you cut the fat away? (F.P.): I cut the fat off. (G.V.): What about fish?
(F.P.): There was a time when I liked fish very much, but now I don’t eat fish either. (G.V.): Are you religious? (F.P.): I don’t think so.
(G.V.): Can you call your boyfriend? (addresses boyfriend) Could you give us a description of your girlfriend? (Boyfriend): Certainly, but could you be more precise? (G. V.): I would like you to give me an idea of her character. What sort of person is she?
(Boyfriend): She’s the person with all the ideas in our relationship. She’s got lots of ideas, more than she can carry out herself, but together we manage to do the things that she thinks of. We do argue frequently, and I think she sometimes argues about
