George Vithoulkas

(G.V.): Have there been any changes in your life since I saw you last year? (F.P.): No.
(G.V.): What are you doing now? (F.P.): Professionally? (G.V.): Yes. Or are you studying?
(F.P.): I do statistical analysis of various surveys done at the university. It’s a part-time job. In addition, I’m also studying mathematics.
(G.V.): Are you doing well in your studies? (F.P.): My studies are going all right, I have no reason to complain about them. I think the way things are going I’ll pass my examinations without any problems. I just started working on my dissertation, and I’m panicking because I’m afraid that I won’t be able to complete it. That’s the situation at the moment. A few weeks ago I wasn’t worried at all about finishing my dissertation, it didn’t bother me.
(G.V.): Now suddenly it worries you? How long have you been studying?
(F.P.): Eight semesters. (G.V.): How many years altogether?
(F.P.): It’s taken about three-and-a-half years for seven semesters. I would like to finish in the ninth semester; so, it’s been four years.
(G.V.): Have you lost weight since I saw you last? (F.P.): Perhaps two kilograms. (G.V.): Did you go on a diet?
(F.P.): My friend and I went on a diet that is supposed to clear out the intestinal tract. The diet lasted about three weeks, and during that time I lost about a total of five kilograms. But I’ve already made up for part of that loss. Something else I would like to mention is that I’ve always had trouble with my body temperature control mechanism. I don’t know whether it is connected in anyway with the remedy, but twice I’ve felt very cold. I’ve always felt cold in the past and now it is worse. When I say that it’s become worse, I mean that my hands are almost constantly ice-cold
