(F.P.): I do perspire very easily.
(G.V.): You perspire very easily. Is the perspiration offensive? Does it smell bad? (F.P.): No.
(G.V.): Urine, does it is smell bad?
(F.P.): No, occasionally it can have a strong smell, but not very often.
(G. V.): Is your stool normal? Do you have regular bowel movements? (F.P.): Yes.
(G.V.): Do you normally sleep well? (F.P.): No, not at all. (G.V.): What happens?
(F.P.): For about the last two years now I find it very hard to get to sleep. When I do manage to fall asleep, I often wake up right away again. We think it may have something to do with the asthma medication, Euphylline, I’ve been taking. (G.V.): How frequently do you wake up? How often? (F.P.): Maybe every two hours.
(G.V.): Do you feel worse in a warm environment, for example, in a warm room or in high temperatures, or do you like it warm? (F.P.): I like warmth, but I would rather be back in a cooler atmosphere when I start perspiring. (G.V.): So, you feel worse when you perspire? (ER): Yes, definitely.
(G.V.): Do you salivate while you sleep? Do you dribble while asleep?
(ER): No, not at all.
(G. V.): Do you have any problems with your ears? Did you as a child? (ER): No.
(G. V.): If you go to bed, do you fall asleep easily, or does it take a long time for you to fall asleep? (F.P.): I usually can’t get to sleep in the first place. (G. V.): So, it takes you a long time to get to sleep? (ER): Yes.
