This means that, most likely, he has not yet described the true nature of the state he can be in. He might be in a very difficult, in a panicky state, but he does not describe it, he waits. Therefore, what is the remedy? It is not Phosphorus, and it is very close to Arsenicum. Then you learn that he is not thirsty, and if he drinks, it’s warm drinks; so, is he Lycopodium because of the warm drinks? Does Lycopodium desire company? Yes, he wants company, he just wants somebody around, which doesn’t mean necessarily that he needs to be held. If he wanted someone to hold him, the remedy is not Phosphorus, for the reasons I mentioned before. Arsenicum also wants someone near them in order to feel secure, but the remedy is not Arsenicum.

have anything else?
(M.P.): I had diagnosed orthostatic proteinurea at the same time, it was
about ten years ago. And the last year or so, maybe the last two years,
my weight has come down to…
(G.V.): Although you eat well?
(M.P.): Well, I don’t eat a great deal; I’ve got an amazing appetite, but
I don’t seem to put weight on.

(G.V.): What he says is that he has an orthostatic proteinurea, that means that his kidneys are affected in one way or another, perhaps quite deeply. I am not sure whether or not his high blood pressure has anything to do with that, but it seems that his health was quite stressed at the time when he was diagnosed as having high blood pressure and proteinurea. The next thing he says is that he lost weight, has actually lost quite a lot of weight.
