Almost 200 members and supporters gathered at the School of Pharmacy in London at the weekend (28th and 29th of April 2018) to attend the Society of Homeopaths’ annual conference.
It was the highest number of delegates for a decade to the conference, which was also a celebration of the Society’s 40th anniversary.
Prof Vithoulkas, calling from Greece, was warmly received by the audience during his hour-long presentation.
At events across Saturday and Sunday (April 28-29), the audience heard from some of the key figures in international homeopathy, including Prof George Vithoulkas, introduced by Andrew Ward.
Pamela Stevens, Society marketing manager, said it was good to see the conference, which took the theme ‘Meetings with Remarkable People’, attracting more members than in recent years.
“We know that members find the networking opportunities invaluable, as well as the chance to hear from some of the leading lights of the homeopathy world,” she said. “It is also wonderful for the staff and board members to meet the people we work for and to hear them sharing their experiences and ideas.”
