(F.P.): No.
(G. V.): Are your feet cold or warm in bed?
(RR): Cold.
(G.V.): Do they get warm easily?
(RR): No, I have to take a hot-water bottle to bed.
(G.V.): Do you perspire in bed?
(RR): No.
(G.V.): Is the hand that was burned affected now?
(P.P.): They are both affected, but the one that was burned is
slightly worse now.
(G.V.): Can I see?
(Therapist): It first started on the left.
(G.V.): The index finger doesn’t move anymore.
(P.P.): I can’t put that in… I can’t do that either.
(G.V.): Do you have a desire for sweets?
(RR): Yes, a fair desire.
(G.V.): For salt?
(RR): Not as much.
(G.V.): Vinegar?
(P.P.): I like vinegar.
(G.V.): Very much?
(P.P.): Yes, quite a lot.
(G.V.): Do you feel that you have a lot of energy?
(P.P.): Not at the moment, but I used to have a lot of energy.
(G.V.): Do you feel alright after sleep, when you wake up in the
morning?
(P.P.): I feel alright to start with, but I become tired very quickly.
The pain is especially bad in the morning.
(G.V.): When you first get out of bed?
(F.P.): As soon as I wake up, even while still in bed.
(G.V.): And your energy picks up again towards night?
(RR): Yes.
(G.V): And then you feel better? What is the worst time for you?
(P.P.): The worst time of the day is the morning. I feel better in
the evening.
