George Vithoulkas

(G. V.): Just give me an idea of what took place. Something has taken place in your body, something quite serious, do you understand? These things do not take place just like that, something-(M.P.): Yes, but the drug story is not that important in my life. (G.V.): That’s what you think. You only have to give information; I will evaluate and decide what is important and what isn’t, that’s why you have to give precise information. (M.R): Yes, I’ll try. (G.V.): Are your parents alive? (M.R): Yes.
(G.V.): Do any of your relatives suffer from any serious problems?
(M.R): Not really.
(G.V.): Do you have brothers or sisters? (M.R): Yes.
(G.V.): Are they healthy? (M.R): Yes.
(G.V.): Do you think that you are an intellectual? Do you feel that everything goes through your mind before you speak? What do you think? How do you feel now? Can you describe what you are feeling? What is your inner state, in general, over the last few months?
(M.R): I don’t feel that bad. My spleen is getting on my nerves but…
(G.V.): Otherwise you feel happy?
(M.P.): Sometimes it’s a bit like it was before, but I try to look at it in another way. For example, I try to find a way out of, or at least around, the black holes in my life. I’m trying to take more care with how I approach everything. I take better care of myself. I am more careful. (G.V.): Do you feel depressed sometimes? (M.R): Sometimes.
(G.V.): What is it that you feel when you are depressed? (M.R): I feel that everything is very demanding and that I am tired of this life, of fighting for this kind of life. (G.V.): And then what?
