anything else to be stressed about. I took the Phosphorus on Monday when I saw my therapist and that seemed to calm me down. I don’t know if I was thinking that it was going to make me feel better, but I noticed that I was a little bit calmer. Then Wednesday I just started feeling bad, and Tuesday I got progressively worse in my nervousness. My shakiness came back; I have been really shaky, just like I can’t control myself. I have been grinding my teeth, and my gums started to bleed this morning because I’ve been grinding my teeth so much.
