physical body at least, entropy will prevail, and the physical body will disintegrate to its elemental constituents.
If the above holds true, we can logically deduce that the life principle should also prevail in some aspect since there has to be a balance between the two opposing forces. If indeed this is the case, the life principle will give the spiritual-psychic entity of the human being the possibility to survive, perhaps in another dimension.
If this is really a possibility, the only way that an individual may "survive" is to evolve spiritually and psychically by attaining a degree of perfection in those levels characterized by love and wisdom. In this way he will form an integrated and cohesive unit with very few separative-conflicting energies, and may thus remain a unified entity once out of the physical body. As we have mentioned before, the organization and perfection of these levels depend primarily on the conscious efforts of the individual.
If there remained a lot of negative energies (qualities) on the psychic, mental and spiritual planes at the time of death, our thought processes would be scattered and our emotional state confused at these final moments and therefore, we would be unable to realize the idea of a unified entity.
36. The more evolved a human being is, the more organized and coherent is the structure of his inner
emotional and mental planes.
The evolution we are talking about here does not include or require sophisticated intellectual or scientific knowledge but rather real wisdom in understanding things in their essence, and thus the ability to work with nature rather than against it.
In order for the individual to evolve, he need not have a modern education. Having an education in modern societies can be an impediment rather than an asset. For example, an uneducated, simple or primitive person could give you a straightforward answer to a vital issue of pure ethics or conduct, whereas an educated person might give you an elaborate or confusing reply that he himself cannot comprehend.
37. Real changes in consciousness mark the evolutionary process of a human being. These changes do not
