Vertigo
Dizzy on getting up in the morning and also in the evening but ameliorated in the open air.
Vertigo on turning or moving the head quickly, on stooping and from walking fast.
He feels nauseous and has a tendency to fall.
Epileptic vertigo; vertigo with a feeling as if he is floating.
Head
The head is cold, particularly the vertex.
Heat of head in the morning; in the evening; in a warm room; hyperaemia of the brain, aggravated in the evening and at night. The head becomes congested from suppression of the menses, during the menses and on coughing.
The head feels constricted, particularly the forehead and the occiput and he is averse to the sensation of a hat.
Chronic and periodic headaches; catarrhal headaches; headaches from blows or concussion.
Many of the headaches are centred in the forehead and start in the morning on waking, or come on in the evening after dinner. Headache extending around the head. There is tearing pain around the head.
Sensation as if he is wearing a skullcap in the afternoon at 16 h.
Pulsation in the head and temples.
Pain from cold weather, from washing the head, from becoming heated.
Worse from looking upwards, from mental exertion, noise, motion and jarring. He is compelled to lie down but rising up again causes pulsating and increases the pain.
Nausea and vomiting with the pain, ameliorated by pressure. Severe pain above the eyes.
Many of these headaches are pressing and aggravated from mental exertion. Stitching pain when coughing.
Crusta lactea or "scald head" of children with a purulent discharge or yellow, purulent crusts.
Eczema and pimples appear on the scalp.
The scalp itches and burns and the hair falls out.
